QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping Partner
Budget: $3 – $20 CAD
I manage a group of mainly small business clients and I’m looking for a dependable bookkeeper who already feels at home inside QuickBooks Online. From day one you’ll take ownership of 1–3 sets of books and focus heavily on timely, accurate bank reconciliations, inputting revenue and expense items, among other bookkeeping work.
The relationship is designed to be long term: as you prove accuracy, communication and deadline discipline, the number of client files and transaction volume will increase and your compensation will grow with it.
Acceptance criteria for each client file:
• All bank, credit-card and payment platform accounts reconciled to statement balance by the agreed-upon cutoff date
• No uncategorised or mis-categorised transactions left open at cutoff date
• Input revenue and expense items to QBO
• Responsive updates on any discrepancies within 24 hours
If you have at least a year of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience, a sharp eye for detail and the desire for ongoing work, I look forward to working together.
