Part-Time QuickBooks Bookkeeping Support
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I handle day-to-day entries for a very small business (fewer than ten employees) in QuickBooks, but I need an experienced hand for a few hours each week to keep the file clean and decision-ready.
You will:
• Reconcile all bank and credit-card accounts weekly, ensuring every statement line is matched with a transaction and the difference shows zero.
• Stay on top of accounts payable and receivable—enter vendor bills, apply customer payments, and highlight any overdue items.
• Deliver month-end financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow) no later than the 5th, flagging unusual variances.
Everything happens inside QuickBooks; I provide accountant-level login, source documents via Dropbox, and quick feedback through Slack or email.
Acceptance criteria: reconciliations current within three business days after each statement posts, no uncategorised transactions older than the current month, and complete financials ready by the agreed monthly deadline.
