May 2025 Bank Reconciliation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need my single business bank account reconciled for May 2025. There are roughly 50 transactions for the month, and I already have every bank statement and internal record you will need.
My preference is for the work to be done manually so I can clearly see each matching step, but if you have a tried-and-tested workflow that still gives full transparency, I’m open to hearing it.
Please work through the statement, match each deposit and withdrawal to my internal ledger, and flag anything that is missing, duplicated, or mis-posted.
Deliverables:
• A fully balanced reconciliation worksheet or spreadsheet
• A short summary report listing any mismatches you discovered, why they occurred, and the adjustment you recommend
• Clear, dated notes so I can trace every correction in case of audit
Acceptance criteria: every transaction from the May 2025 statement is accounted for, unreconciled differences are at zero, and the summary explains all fixes in plain language.
