Full-Time Bookkeeping Accountant

I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day bookkeeping so I can focus on running the business. This is a full-time, ongoing role that centres on accurate, timely record-keeping and clear communication with me and the rest of the team.

Your core responsibilities will be:
• Invoice management – creating, sending, recording payments, and following up on any overdue items
• Expense tracking – coding, categorising, and attaching backup so every cost is easy to locate during reviews or audits
• Bank reconciliation – keeping every account fully reconciled and flagged for discrepancies before month-end close

We currently work in a proprietary cloud platform (not QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks), so you’ll need to be comfortable learning new software quickly. If you have experience migrating data or suggesting workflow improvements, that’s a plus.

I’ll provide secure access to the system, clear SOPs, and weekly check-ins. What I expect back is up-to-date books, well-organised source documentation, and concise notes on anything that needs my attention.
