Experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper (India) for Amnis Ventures
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We’re a small-sized service company that maintains our accounts in QuickBooks and I’d like to hand the monthly upkeep to someone who already knows the platform inside out. You’ll take full charge of the books on a quarterly cycle, posting every transaction, reconciling each bank account, and closing the period with clean financial statements I can hand straight to my CA.
Here’s what the role covers:
• Timely recording of all sales, expenses, and journal entries in our existing QuickBooks file
• Complete bank and payment-gateway reconciliations each quarter, flagging discrepancies immediately
• Generation of quarterly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements that tie back to the ledgers
Acceptance criteria
1. All entries match source documents and supporting vouchers.
2. Reconciliations show zero unreconciled items older than 30 days.
3. Financial statements are delivered within five business days of quarter-end and agree to the trial balance.
