Experienced Australian Xero Bookkeeper

I need an advanced Xero-savvy bookkeeper to keep one of my Australian clients running smoothly week after week. The role centres on three core duties performed every Friday so management reports are always up to date:

• Bank reconciliation – clear all feeds, match every transaction, and flag anything uncertain.
• Invoicing & accounts receivable – raise new invoices, send reminders, and reconcile payments so aged-receivables are accurate.
• Payroll management – process weekly wages in compliance with Australian awards, superannuation and STP reporting.

Access to the live Xero file, Dext, and our cloud document drive will be provided. I’ll supply written procedures; you bring the expertise to work autonomously, spot anomalies, and suggest efficiency improvements inside Xero.

Success is simple: by Monday morning the dashboard shows a reconciled bank balance, customer ledgers tie to statements, and all pay-runs are lodged without errors. If that sounds routine for you, I’d love to keep you on for ongoing weekly cycles.
