Daily QuickBooks Reconciliation Services
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My QuickBooks Online file needs consistent, error-free reconciliation so that every transaction imported from the bank feed is matched and cleared the same day it lands. The focus is purely on reconciliation—no invoicing, expense tracking, or other bookkeeping tasks are in scope right now.
Here is the cadence I’m aiming for:
• Daily: review the live bank feed, match or add transactions, and bring the register to a zero-difference status.
• Weekly: complete the formal Reconcile routine for both active bank accounts, export the QuickBooks “Reconciliation Report” to PDF, and flag any discrepancies or uncleared items for me to review.
I’ll provide secure, role-based access to QuickBooks Online along with read-only bank portal credentials so you can cross-check balances when needed. All work should be done inside QuickBooks—no external spreadsheets—so the audit trail remains intact.
Deliverables each week
1. Daily reconciliation log visible in the QuickBooks audit trail.
2. A PDF of the completed weekly Reconciliation Report for each bank account.
3. A brief note (Slack or email) highlighting any unreconciled items, duplicates, or bank feed issues.
If you’re comfortable working directly in QuickBooks Online and can keep the books balanced on the schedule above, I’d like to get started right away.
