Daily QuickBooks Bookkeeping Support
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a bookkeeper who can jump straight into my QuickBooks file and, on a cash-basis, record every daily transaction—both sales income and outgoing expenses. The goal is to keep my books fully up to date so that I always have a clear picture of cash flow, profitability, and readiness for tax season.
Here’s what the role involves day to day:
• Enter each sale and expense promptly in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank, PayPal, and credit-card feeds so balances always match statements
• Digitally attach receipts or invoices to every entry and keep the document folder tidy
• Flag any missing paperwork or unusual items for clarification that same day
• Produce a concise weekly summary (P&L and cash-flow snapshot) and, at month-end, a more detailed report suitable for my accountant
Beyond the routine posting, I rely on you to monitor trends, point out cost overruns, and keep an eye on budget targets. When tax deadlines approach, the books should already be audit-clean, with all reconciliations done and supporting documents stored in QuickBooks.
Deliverables that define success:
1. A continuously reconciled QuickBooks file with zero uncategorised transactions
2. Weekly PDF summary emailed every Friday by 5 p.m. local time
3. Month-end report (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statement) within three business days of close
4. Secure archive of receipts/invoices matched to transactions
If you’re comfortable in QuickBooks and can manage this schedule reliably, let’s talk so we can get you access and walk through the current setup.
