Cookie Baker Needed

Hi! I am building a small sugar-free cookie business–themed royal icing cookies, and I am looking for a skilled baker in Ahmedabad who can:

Bake perfect sugar cookies (eggless) following my recipe

Make smooth royal icing (eggless) and decorate cookies with colourful designs

Maintain hygiene and consistent quality

Prepare small batches (20–40 cookies) once or twice a week

I will provide:

Recipe + design references

Cutters, colours, and basic tools

You will:

Bake and decorate cookies as per instructions

Deliver or allow pickup from your kitchen

Be open to experimenting with new flavours & themes

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience in baking cookies/cakes professionally or as a home baker

Comfortable with royal icing techniques (flooding, outlining, basic detailing)

Lives in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar

Can commit to small weekly batches (flexible hours)

Payment:

Fixed payment per batch (20 cookies = ₹200)

Bonus possible for consistent quality & timely delivery

Open to negotiating rates based on experience
