Baking cakes

My cake baking business is in need of a skilled baker. I need about 90 layers of cakes every month. ,The cake layers need to have an uncovered design with I decorated cake layers of different sizes. I’ll need to pick up or have it delivered to coal harbour downtown Vancouver bc about once a week.
Basic flavours would be mostly chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. I’ll provide the recipes.
