EMA Trading Algorithm Development

Job ID: 40550595

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m ready to move my discretionary Indian-equity strategy into a fully automated setup that trades purely on technical signals. The core of the logic is a single Exponential Moving Average; every entry, exit, and position-sizing decision will be triggered off that EMA crossover/price-interaction model, so the code needs to be clean, fast, and easy to tweak.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Build the complete algorithm around that EMA rule set, structured so parameters (length, timeframe, buffer pips/points) can be altered without rewriting code.
• Include a straightforward back-testing module so I can see historical win-rate, drawdown, and equity curve on Indian equities and indices.
• Package the final deliverable in a language that plugs smoothly into popular Indian brokerage APIs or charting platforms (Python with Zerodha Kite, broker-agnostic REST, or TradingView Pine Script are all fine—as long as live execution is possible).
• Supply concise documentation explaining variables, file structure, and how to deploy in live and paper-trading modes.

Acceptance criteria: the script executes the EMA-based entries/exits exactly as specified, back-test matches sample results I’ll provide, and code runs without errors on NSE/BSE symbols during a live demo session.

If you’ve built technical, EMA-driven bots before, I’d love to see a brief example or repo link when you bid.
