Wedding Photo Editor Needed Long-Term
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I run a busy wedding photo-video studio and need a reliable editor who can take batches of RAW images from engagements, pre-wedding shoots, mehndi, sangeet, haldi and the wedding day itself and turn them into polished, client-ready files. Every delivery must meet the specific style each couple requests—sometimes bright and vibrant, other times soft and romantic or classic and timeless—so flexibility is essential. Couples often share Pinterest boards or sample galleries, and I expect you to balance those references with your own creative judgement whenever it can elevate the final look.
The core work on every set includes:
• Color correction
• Background removal where it improves composition
• Subtle special effects (light leaks, grain, cinematic toning, etc.) when appropriate
Skin retouching, wrinkle cleanup and other touch-ups are welcome whenever they help an image shine, but never at the expense of a natural feel.
Turnaround is typically 2–3 days per project, and because this is a long-term collaboration you can expect consistent weekly folders in Google Drive or Dropbox. Final deliverables should be high-resolution JPEGs plus layered PSDs/Lightroom catalogs if major adjustments were made.
