Sailboat Background Removal & Print File

I have a photo of a sailboat that I need prepped for print. Your job is to extract the boat cleanly, erase the existing background, and supply a print-ready file. Additional requirement: the sail number “18602” must be fully visible and crisp after editing—no crops, no blur.
Please:
• Remove the background with precise, natural edges around hull, rigging, and sails. The bottom water line can have a small amount of background so the hull doesn't get cut off at the water.
• Retouch as needed so the sail number 18602 reads clearly without distortions.
• Apply subtle overall color correction to keep the boat looking true-to-life (no artificial tints).
• Deliver a 300 DPI file suitable for large-format printing—transparent-background PNG plus flattened CMYK PDF. A layered PSD would be a welcome extra.
