Remove Doctor, Reposition Baby

I have a JPEG image of new parents in the delivery room. A doctor is visible in the shot, and I’d like that person removed completely. Once the background is cleaned up, please place the newborn naturally into one of the parent’s arms—whichever side allows for the most seamless, realistic composition.
After you move the baby, give the placement a subtle positional tweak so the head and body align comfortably with the chosen parent’s posture. No changes to the baby’s facial features or appearance are needed beyond that gentle adjustment; the goal is simply to make the scene look like it was captured this way from the start.
Deliverables:
• Retouched, print-ready JPEG at original resolution
• A version with editable layers (PSD or TIFF) so I can make minor tweaks later if necessary
