Quick Background Removal

I need a set of photos cleaned up so only the main subject remains and everything else is stripped away. This is strictly a background-removal job—no extra retouching or colour tweaks—so an eye for crisp edges and natural cut-outs is essential.
The original resolution must be preserved, with no halos or jagged outlines around hair or fine details. Please work in Photoshop (or any equivalent tool you prefer) and keep all layers intact for easy adjustments on my side.
Deliverables:
• Each image on a transparent background (PNG is ideal, but I’m flexible if you prefer another format).
• A flattened copy with a solid white background for quick previews.
• The editable source file (PSD or similar) so I can tweak if needed.
