I need a professional photo editor to transpose a head from one business photo onto the body and background of another business photo. The edited photo will be used as a commemorative piece from an important event to be framed in our office. To fit the frame we currently have, the dimensions of the photo would need to fit a 20 cm x 30 cm print.

Requirements:
- Transpose head onto another photo seamlessly
- Add event banner to the background (can be taken from another photo)
