Product Image VA Assistant
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to take raw product photos and turn them into scroll-stopping social content. Your day-to-day will focus on three essentials:
• Remove backgrounds so every product sits cleanly on white or transparent.
• Resize each file to 1080 x 1080 pixels (recommended by Poshmark platform)—no stretching, pixelation, or awkward cropping.
• Craft a concise, on-brand caption and publish the post through Poshmark scheduler.
I’ll supply the source images and the platform guidelines. A total of 100 images will be shared on a weekly basis via Dropbox.
You’ll return:
1. Final JPEG files labelled for easy reference.
2. A brief caption for each image.
3. Proof of the scheduled or published post.
Please let me know:
• Your preferred tools for background removal and bulk resizing (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, Photoroom).
• Typical turnaround on a 20-product item batch (total of 100 images per week).
• A link to before-and-after samples of product images you’ve handled.
This is an ongoing project that will be assessed on a weekly basis.
Clear communication, reliable file management, and a sharp eye for ecommerce visuals are key. If that sounds like you, I’m ready to get started right away.
