Photo Edit: Jogging Motion

I need a photo edited to make it look like someone is jogging. The background should be removed and replaced with a transparent one. The subject's facial expression should be emphasized. The white running bib in original photo should be replaced with the wording ‘Barcelona Marathon 2026’. If possible the background should be removed but replaced with go faster stripes around the person.
