Logo Background Removal & Color Variants

All I need is the background stripped out of these two logos and the wording “Alvarez Plumbing & A/C” delivered in two clean colour ways—pure white and pure black—each saved on a transparent background.

Please export both colour versions as high-resolution PNG and JPEG, then let me know the exact font name already used in the artwork so I can keep everything consistent in the future.
