High Volume School Portrait Editing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a dependable editor (or team) who can take on large batches of school portraits—expect well over 3,000 images at a time—and turn them around quickly at a reasonable per-photo rate.
Here’s what each file will need:
• Subtle color correction that keeps skin tones true to life
• Gentle retouching of blemishes while preserving natural texture
• Precise cropping to match the school’s print templates
The final look must stay natural; families should feel the photos haven’t been overly “filtered.” Consistency across the entire batch is critical, so Lightroom, Capture One, or similar batch-friendly tools are welcome if they help you maintain uniform settings.
Turnaround time and reliability matter just as much as quality. If you can also handle the occasional background removal, that flexibility is a plus, though it isn’t required for every set.
