Edit Photos for Modern Funeral Flyer

I have two photographs that will serve as the visual focal points of a modern-style funeral flyer. For each image—the main portrait and a smaller insert—I need full polish: accurate colour correction to bring out natural skin tones, complete background removal so the subjects sit cleanly on any layout, and subtle retouching of small blemishes without altering recognisable features.
