i want a programmer that can make nawala checker for me and i get the system all along

I am looking for a programmer that can create a nawala checker system for me. I would prefer it to be created using Python, however I am open to other suggestions. I haven't specified any particular features or functions, but I am open to discussion regarding this. The project should be completed within 1-2 weeks.
