AI DJ development for radio station morning show -- 2

I run a small Christian-focused internet radio station powered by AzuraCast and I’m ready to add an AI DJ feature that can handle our morning and afternoon shows. Within the Slim-PHP + Vue.js azura cast backend you will do following:

• Create and delete AI DJs,
• Enable or disable each DJ at any time,
• Assign work-shifts and roles (e.g., Morning Show, Drive-Time).

On air, the AI must sound convincingly human, introduce itself by name, chat about the current track, drop in world-news snippets, weave in Bible verses, entertain with short stories or jokes, and transition smoothly between segments. I’m looking for advanced voice customization—multiple voice choices plus adjustable tone and speed—so we can match each DJ’s style to its time slot.

Code should integrate cleanly with AzuraCast’s API, respect our existing Slim routing, and expose the Vue.js interface as an extra tab in the dashboard. Please keep your solution lean, well-commented, and production-ready; a modest budget means efficiency matters. If you have solid AI voice experience and can move fast without sacrificing quality, I’d love to work with you.

My budget / payout for this project is low. We are not making much profits right now and are a community - family focused organization. I need a seasoned web developer willing to work for less and help out a christian radio station who does not have much revenue.
