develop a web site

Our business is the manufacturing of coach, bus, minibus, van, train, metro,…etc., chairs. Each chair would have multiple alternate components (frame, upholstery, recliner, backrest, headrest, footrest, etc…).
The application should enable the Vehicle Manufacturer (VM) sales representative to offer their customer a model and work with this customer by substituting multiple alternate components to reach the best product suited to a specific client, then the VM sales rep will request a quotation from Our Company. The data acquired by the VM sales reps will enable us to project demand for seats, type, style, design patterns, etc. Our own Sales Reps will be able to generate these quotations manually through the app (phase 1) and automatically through the app (phase 2). All quotations (phase 1 & 2) should be retained within the App database. The App will be administered and maintained by our System Admin who would have full access to manage the core data of the App. The focus of this document will be on phase 1 with some configurations to make phase 2 (when needed) easily published.
