E-commerce MVP Development

Hi, I want to build a hyperlocal delivery MVP for my town (Jirat, West Bengal).

Please read the full flow carefully.

USER FLOW:

1. Customer opens app link

2. Sees categories:

- Food
- Grocery
- Fruits
- Medicine
- Drinks
- Daily Needs

3. If customer clicks Food:
→ Show restaurant list (Jirat area)
→ Click restaurant → see menu with images
→ Add items to cart

4. If customer clicks Grocery/Fruits/etc:
→ Direct product listing
→ Add items to cart

5. Cart:
→ Customer can add items from multiple categories
→ Total price auto calculated

6. Checkout:
→ Customer enters Name, Phone, Address
→ Customer adds Google Maps location link
→ Delivery charge added (based on area dropdown)

7. Order placed:
→ Order saved in admin panel (Google Sheet or backend)
→ Option to send order details to WhatsApp

ADMIN PANEL:

- View all orders in list (latest first)

- Columns:
Order ID, Name, Phone, Items, Total, Area, Status

- Status update options:
Pending / Preparing / Out for Delivery / Delivered

- When status updated → reflect on customer side

DELIVERY SYSTEM:

- No auto assignment needed
- Admin will manually send order to delivery boy via WhatsApp group

DELIVERY CHARGE:

- Fixed by area:
Jirat = ₹20
Nearby = ₹30
Far = ₹40

EXTRA:

- Offers section (admin can update anytime)
- Clean mobile UI

IMPORTANT:

- No need for live tracking
- No need for payment gateway (UPI manual is fine)
