WordPress Map-Driven Travel Site - 17/12/2025 07:48 EST

Job ID: 40072029

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I’m putting together an information-only travel coordination platform in WordPress and need a developer who can weave Google Maps smoothly into the experience. Visitors will never book, pay, or track anything live; the goal is simply to let travelers and vehicle owners leave their details on a map so others can find them.

Core flow
After completing a single-page contact form, either user type should see their location appear as a pin on the same map—traveler pins and vehicle-owner pins must coexist. I also need a simple city filter so users can narrow the view, plus an automatic post-expiry mechanism to keep outdated pins from cluttering the map after a set number of days.

Essential requirements
• WordPress build that looks great on mobile and desktop
• Google Maps API (or a proven map plugin) embedded on the main page
• Contact form for both user categories, storing submissions in the database and triggering the pin placement
• Distinct pin styles or colors for travelers and vehicle owners
• City-wise filtering visible above the map
• Automatic removal or hiding of posts after their expiry period
• No booking engine, payment gateway, identity verification, or live-tracking features—please leave those out entirely

Timeline & hand-off
I want to go live in roughly 15–20 days. At the end I’ll need the full WordPress install, theme or child-theme files, any custom plugin code, and clear steps on how to adjust expiry settings or add new cities in the future.

If this sounds like your kind of build, share two or three map-heavy WordPress sites you’ve delivered so I can see your approach to UI, speed, and pin management.
