WhatsApp Automation for Missed Calls & Voicemail (Pumbling Italian Market)

We are looking for an experienced developer (or team) to build a lightweight automation system that works with WhatsApp Business API (or reliable automation tools). The system will be used by independent plumbers in Italy to automatically respond to missed calls and voicemails.

Main Requirements:

1. Missed Call Handling

• Detect when a plumber receives a missed call.

• Automatically send a WhatsApp message to the caller.

2. Voicemail Handling

• If the plumber receives a voicemail, the system should recognize it.

• Automatically send a WhatsApp message to the caller.

3. WhatsApp Messaging

• Messages must be sent through WhatsApp Business.

• All WhatsApp messages must be in Italian (we will provide the text templates).

4. Interface / Admin Panel

• A simple web-based dashboard where plumbers can:

• See logs of missed calls & WhatsApp messages.

• Edit the text templates of the messages (Italian only).

• Enable/disable voicemail + missed call features.

• The interface must be in Italian.

5. Scalability

• The system will be used first as a standalone setup for a few plumbers.

• It should be designed in a way that can be easily scaled into a SaaS solution later.

Deliverables:

- Fully working automation system with WhatsApp integration.

- Italian language support for both interface and messages.

- Documentation on how to deploy and maintain the system.

Skills Required:

- Experience with WhatsApp Business API / Twilio / 360dialog or similar tools.

- Backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar).

- Basic frontend development for the admin panel.

- Knowledge of call/voicemail detection methods (via VoIP, Twilio, or call forwarding solutions).

Budget:

We are looking for a simple MVP first (not a full SaaS yet), so please quote accordingly.
