Web server brochure personalisation and output by email -- 2

Hi. We are creating a brochure. We want to be able to personalise this with results from some calculations (the data is input on the web site by prospects), personalise the ‘brochure’ with the calculated data, then output it (hopefully as a .pdf and send it direct from the site. We have managed to do a simple version of this, but want some help doing this with a more detailed and professionally designed brochure. We can design the brochure, but need help with personalisation on the server and then output as a .pdf.
