Web 3.0 Site Development and Smart Contract Integration for NFT Project

We seek a professional developer to create a web 3 site using our Figma design files and develop a smart contract for our NFT project. The project entails creating a 555-item NFT collection with unique items and a customizable trait called "Name". Users input a 1-8 character name before minting, avoiding provocative/duplicate names. The collection also includes a burning mechanism, allowing only one Token ID to burn during a burn event.

The site requires a backend for admin, enabling:

Starting/stopping minting.
Switching "MINT" to "BURN" button.
Selecting an ID for burn events and specifying the airdropped NFT.
Uploading a JPEG file for the airdropped NFT.
Tasks include:

Creating metadata/smart contract for 555 NFTs with the "Name" trait and integrating it with the site.
Ensuring seamless compatibility between the website and smart contract.
Connecting the site to our GoDaddy URL.
Testing the site and smart contract through a testnet, providing video proof of minting and burning processes.
Submit proposals with examples of related work. The timeline and budget are negotiable based on experience. We have a budget of around 400 Euros with a maximum project duration of 2 weeks.

The project has two milestones. Milestone 1 (up to 100 Euros) includes creating the site using Figma files, excluding the smart contract. Milestone 2 covers smart contract creation, integration, video proof, and handing over site credentials.
