I have set aside a total budget of USD 800 for a production-ready ride-hailing platform that mirrors Uber’s core flow while adding three specific enhancements: in-app chat between rider and driver, support for multiple payment gateways (at least card and in-app wallet), and an option for riders to book trips in advance. Users will only be able to request cars—no bikes or vans for this first release—and the interface must switch seamlessly between two languages (English plus one more that I will supply).
To keep the engagement focused, here is what I expect at hand-over:
• Passenger app, driver app, and admin/dashboard modules fully functional and published-ready for iOS and Android
• Clean, well-documented source code and database schema
• Bilingual UI with language files separated for easy editing
• Stable chat feature using a real-time service of your choice
• Multiple payment integrations tested in sandbox and ready for live keys
• Schedule-a-ride logic that handles time-zone differences and driver notifications
• Final build passes standard security, performance, and usability checks
Milestones can be structured around backend setup, app builds, feature completion, and final QA, staying within the overall USD 800 cap.
