I'm seeking a skilled developer to build a self-reflection and wellbeing tool for higher education. The primary function of the tool is tracking moods or emotions, adding reflections, progress/insights/goals etc

Key Requirements:
- Functionality: User data input and retrieval, analytics and reporting.
- Platform: Web browser only.
- Tech Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with MySQL databases.
