Single Use QR Code

I'm looking for a developer to create a secure, advanced QR code system for event management.

Requirements:
- Generate 100 unique QR codes for specific guests.
- Build a backend (preferably with PHP and Laravel) to verify code usage.
- Implement one-time-use enforcement: code becomes invalid after scanning.
- Ensure secure data handling to prevent reuse or forwarding of invitations.
- Optional: Create a landing or confirmation page for guests post-scan.

The system should ensure:
- Event security and control.
- Prevention of invitation misuse or forwarding.
- Attendance tracking capability, if needed.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel
- Proficient in MySQL databases
- Experience with QR code generation and secure data handling
- Familiarity with backend development and deployment
- Prior experience in similar secure systems is a plus
