Job Title: Senior Developer Partner (Remote, Central or Western Asia) – US and EU Tech Projects

Description:

I'm a developer based in Poland seeking a skilled Senior Developer from Central or Western Asia to collaborate with on remote freelance or full-time software development jobs in the EU.

You will:

Join technical interviews with me (or on our behalf as a co-developer or team lead).

Offer technical leadership, mentorship, or client-facing communication.

Work with me on client projects once the job is secured.

Share profits/revenue based on a mutually agreed arrangement.

Ideal Candidate:

Senior-level developer with strong experience in backend/frontend/cloud technologies.

Good spoken English for interviews.

Experience working remotely with US or EU clients.

Location: Central or Western Asia preferred (time zone alignment)

Compensation: Profit-sharing or fixed rate per project/interview — to be discussed.
