SUNERGY Warranty Registration App

I am the owner of "Sunshine Energy Inc.". Our company is involved in the business of manufacturing solar modules and inverters under the brand name "SUNERGY". We are looking for a mobile application for warranty registration of our products namely Solar Modules and Inverters wherein the end consumer and the installer who is installing our products can register for warranty on the mobile application by scanning the bar code of the solar modules and inverters and also uploading some photographs and videos of the installation. The bar codes, photos and videos uploaded shall be updated on the backend panel where our backend support team will check the entire data uploaded and if found as per our standards it shall approve the warranty registration. Post approval received from the backend team a warranty certificate shall be generated in the name of the end consumer along with the detials of the installer, serial number of the modules, inverter and relevant photographs of the installation.

Also we want a module to create proposal based on the inputs provided by the client and or pre-registred detials.
