Rebuild RxMedAccess Website using WordPress

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to rebuild my website, www.rxmedaccess.com (currently hosted on GoDaddy). The primary focus of this project is to enhance the design and user experience.

Key requirements include:
- Crafting a modern and clean design that reflects the latest trends and best practices
- Ensuring ease of navigation throughout the site

I have the website design, flow, and functionality that I have created for rebuild (please review the word document attachment for project scope)

Ideal skills for this project:
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Proficiency in UI/UX (CSS, Javascript, etc.)
- Proficiency in backend database hosting so owner (me) can constantly refresh and upload new data to
the website
- Strong web design skills
- Experience in creating user-friendly interfaces
- Ability to implement a clean, modern aesthetic
- Good understanding of mobile responsiveness.
