Project Description:
I am seeking a highly proficient Python developer to complete the backend calculation engine
for a proprietary data project. The core logic architecture and Python skeleton have already
been written. Your job will be to integrate the exact astronomical data feeds into the existing
logic loops.
Core Technical Requirements:

Mandatory Library Experience: You must have experience working with the
pyswisseph (Swiss Ephemeris) Python library. Do not bid if you are not familiar with
fetching exact planetary degrees, retrograde velocities, and house cusps using this
specific NASA-grade library.

Timezone Mastery: All backend math and ephemeris queries must be hardcoded to
execute in strictly UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to prevent Daylight Saving Time
errors.

Aspect & Velocity Calculations: You will be required to write functions that calculate
precise geometric angles between moving targets and static targets, and determine if
those targets are "applying" or "separating" based on true velocity.
Project Scope & Deliverables:

Pre-Architected Logic: I will provide a 90% completed Python script containing the core
loops and filtration rules. You do not need to invent the logic; you only need to wire the
pyswisseph math into the blank functions I have marked for you.

House Systems: The code must dynamically calculate the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 10th house
cusps using either Placidus or Koch systems based on user input.

No Front-End Needed: I do not need complex UI/UX or web design. The final deliverable
is simply a clean, executable Python backend that outputs a formatted text block of
timestamps.
Confidentiality & Legal:

Strict NDA Required: This is a highly confidential "Black Box" project. The chosen
freelancer will be required to sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a
Work-Made-For-Hire Intellectual Property Assignment before the core logic script is
shared.

Zero Retained Rights: All code written for this project will become the 100% exclusive
property of the hiring entity.
