Optimize js app for load
Budget: $10 – $45 USD
I got a js app using websockets and node and pm2.
The app simply produces a static url @ mp3.eternityready.com/stream that plays mp3 audio from an icecast internet radio station.
Simply on backend, there is a proxy end point url that plays audio to front end static stream.
i have a file / url page to change proxy end point url.
In this project, the app needs optimized and 2 new features as follows:
* the app slows down under load. i want to fix the app to handle lots of users / traffic efficiency and fast
* perhaps we need way to drop connected ips that have been connected to long and are idle / dead
* way to limit to many connections at one time from same user to limit abuse

Payment for project will be low, my max budget is fixed at $45. Im on fixed income and i cant afford alot. You care more about helping than money.
