OXY Hotels Backend Development

I run OXY Hotels, a growing chain operating across several cities in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, and I now need a solid backend to power both our mobile app and our internal admin panel. The immediate goal is straightforward: give my staff a fast, reliable way to pull up guest information and the full life-cycle of each booking in real time.

What I need the backend to handle
• Guest details — name, contact, special requests, and any notes we add during the stay
• Booking timeline — original booking time, check-in, check-out, every modification time, and cancellation time if it happens

A clean REST or GraphQL API (I’m open to your recommendation) should expose these endpoints, backed by a well-structured database that scales easily as we add more properties. Please include authentication and basic role management so front-desk, housekeeping, and management can each see only what they need. Deployment can be on AWS, DigitalOcean, or another cloud platform you like; just make sure it is easy for us to monitor and maintain.

1. Database schema and migration scripts
2. Fully documented API endpoints for guest and booking data
3. Basic auth/role setup and token-based security
4. Source code in Git with clear setup instructions
5. A short hand-off session (video or written) so my team can run the stack locally and in production
