Need someone to design and implement headless bakend

I need someone to help me design and implement backend, and it will be headless, you will need to implement the database schema, and code the backend engine, I need a MVP fast, but it should be easily to be scaled, so the foundation and architecture should be solid,
you should have below skillset
python or node
docker
APM tool
elasticsearch or meilisearch or agolia search
GRAPHQL
postgresQL
User registration, authentication and authorization,
notification microservice
error logging
Implement request - response and application logging
Establish and configure asynchronous communication
Set up cron jobs
continuous integration
good experience with aws serverless or other cloud platform
I am thinking using lambda function and dynamodb, you can propose your stack, and we'll discuss from there.
