Budget: $250 – $750 USD

And he/she needs to be prepared to work with us long-term.
If you have enough experience and skills you can lead the team
Salary will be given as follow: base salary [Junior 100USD Senior 150USD ] + performance [Junior 150USD Senior 250USD ]
Long-term means: In the future, we would want you to join our company, to work in a workplace where we have our team vision.
Base Salary : It is fixed whether the performance is good or bad. But if individual actions hinder team progress, you will be asked to leave. This means every team member will have a base salary and later based on their performance they will earn extra performance money or reward.
Performance : It will be like a bonus based on each one's performance. If your performance is even better we can increase the performance bonus. So, even if you are on the same team maybe, the performance bonus can be different.
Performance Stats : Finish the given task in a reasonable time. Help out clean code, fix bugs, and do system testing to find out more bugs or loop-wholes. Communicate with other team members.
Trial Month : The first month will be the trial month and a base salary will be given. But the Performance salary will be reduced by 75%[negotiable ].
Need to have a contract: If we work together we have to sign a contract. Either using this platform or in person. So that, we can be fair to each other.
Work as a Team : Critical you can express your idea and believe in the group. If you do not know something asks for help, If get stuck in a situation do not hesitate to ask. Communication is the key to success in every project.
No complaints about team members' salary: You can compare yourself to why it is like that. We believe:: It is not fair to the people who are excellent in their field, who give their utmost to achieve something but has to get an average salary because others are not trying their best. But you can take the opportunity to learn how to be a better developer from your team members.
