Mobile App Enhancement: Admin Panel & Monetization

Freelancer Job: Admin Panel, Question Database Import, Authentication & In-App Purchases

We are looking for a freelancer to complete a focused development project for an existing mobile application.

The mobile app has already been created using Rapid Native. You will have access to the existing application and all relevant project information needed to complete the work.

Project Deadline

The project must be completed within 1 week.

This is a focused project with clearly defined requirements. If the project is completed successfully and everything works properly, we have additional projects available for continued collaboration.

Required Features

1. Basic Admin Panel

Create a basic but functional admin panel with:

* Admin login
* View registered users
* Search users
* View basic user information
* Delete users
* User management functionality

The admin panel should be simple, clean and easy to use.

2. Monetization and Analytics

The admin panel should display basic monetization and usage statistics, such as:

* Number of users
* Active users
* Subscription users
* Free users
* In-app purchase statistics
* Revenue/monetization statistics, where available
* App usage statistics
* Question activity and engagement

The statistics must be connected to real data. We do not want fake or hardcoded numbers.

3. Question Database Import System

This is one of the most important parts of the project.

We will have a structured file containing questions and answers, such as a CSV or similar spreadsheet file.

The admin panel must allow us to:

1. Upload the question file.
2. Import the questions into the app’s database.
3. Make the questions available in the mobile app.
4. Delete or replace the previous question database.
5. Upload a new updated question file later.
6. Automatically update the questions shown in the app.

The goal is to allow us to update the app’s question bank without publishing a new version of the mobile application to the App Store or Google Play.

For example:

* Current question file is uploaded.
* The app uses those questions.
* Later, we delete or replace the old file.
* We upload a new question file.
* The new questions automatically become available in the app.

The system must be designed so that future question updates can be done easily from the admin panel.

The uploaded file may contain information such as:

* Question
* Answer options
* Correct answer
* Explanation
* Category
* Difficulty
* Multiple language explanations

The exact file structure will be provided during development.

4. User Login

Create and connect a proper login screen for the mobile application.

The login system should support the required authentication method for the existing app and backend.

The login functionality must work correctly with the existing application structure.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Connect the mobile application to the required in-app purchase system.

The app will have free and premium functionality.

The in-app purchase system should allow users to purchase the Premium plan through the appropriate mobile platform payment system.

The system must properly handle:

* Free users
* Premium users
* Subscription status
* Successful purchases
* Failed purchases
* Restoring purchases
* Access to Premium features

The Premium status must be connected to the user’s account so that the application knows whether a user has access to Premium features.

The exact in-app purchase configuration will be provided during development.

Existing Application

The application has already been created using Rapid Native.

You will receive access to the existing project and relevant information needed to:

* Understand the existing structure
* Connect the required backend functionality
* Implement the admin panel
* Connect authentication
* Implement the question import system
* Connect in-app purchases

You are not expected to build the entire mobile application from scratch.

Required Skills

You should have experience with:

* Mobile app development
* Backend development
* Admin panels
* User authentication
* Databases
* CSV/Excel data import
* API integration
* In-app purchases and subscriptions
* User management
* Basic analytics

Experience working with Rapid Native or similar AI-assisted app development environments is a plus.

Important Requirements

The work must be:

* Functional
* Connected to real data
* Secure
* Easy to maintain
* Easy to update in the future

The question database system is especially important. We need to be able to upload a new question file and update the questions inside the app without needing to publish a new app version every time.

Budget

The budget for this project is:

$2–$3 USD per hour.

Please do not apply if you are only interested in a higher hourly rate for this specific project.

This is a one-week project with a clearly defined scope. If the project is completed successfully, works properly, and meets the requirements, we have additional projects available for continued collaboration at your normal rate.
