Long-Term PHP Backend Partner

My company is ready to bring a dependable PHP developer on board for an ongoing relationship. Day-to-day you’ll be adding new backend features, improving existing logic, and optimising MySQL queries on sites that run mainly on Symfony and Nette. Although the work is firmly backend-oriented, a working grasp of JavaScript, HTML and CSS is important so you can slot your code smoothly into the front-end.

Here’s what the current stack and workflow look like:
• Frameworks in use: Symfony, Nette
• All facets of backend matter to us—API endpoints, database design, and server-side logic live in the same repo.
• Git is our source-control backbone, so regular, well-commented commits are expected.
• Communication happens in clear English on a daily or near-daily basis.

I’m open to developers from anywhere, with a particular interest in reliable long-term collaborators from India. If you can commit consistent hours each week, tell me whether you prefer an hourly arrangement or a fixed monthly allocation and include your rate.
