Laravel Theme Integration & Setup

I have two HTML themes ready to go—Kider for the public-facing pages (https://themewagon.github.io/kider/) and DeskApp for the admin area (https://themewagon.github.io/deskapp2/). What I need is a clean, fresh Laravel installation where both themes are fully converted into Blade templates and wired together in an organized folder structure.

A fresh Laravel install is required, and along the way I’d like a few extras added on the front end: a working contact form, user registration / login on both the front end and backend, and a simple blog section. Other than those pieces, the job is mostly about accurate theme conversion, proper routing, and making sure every menu link lands on a placeholder page with dummy data so I can plug real content in later.

Key deliverables
• Install the latest stable Laravel version from scratch
• Convert Kider and DeskApp HTML files into reusable Blade layouts/partials
• Configure web and admin route groups so URLs stay clean and SEO-friendly
• Implement the three new sections (contact form, auth, blog) using standard Laravel features
• Verify full mobile responsiveness and optimize basic meta tags, asset loading, and caching
• Hand over a tidy, commented codebase that follows Laravel best practices
