Laravel Payroll System Development

I'm looking for a professional to develop a comprehensive payroll system using Laravel. The system should include:

- Employee management
- Tax calculations and deductions
- Payslip generation

Payslips should be generated in PDF format on standard A4 size. The backend database should be MySQL.
