Laravel HR MVP Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting together a lean MVP for a new human-resource deployment platform and need an experienced Laravel developer to move fast on the core modules we’ll demo to investors.
Scope of this first release
• Employee management – CRUD for personal data, contracts, status, basic documents
• Job postings – create, publish, archive, and display open roles
• Applicant tracking – capture applications, track stages, add notes, and link successful applicants to the employee table
Role-based access
Users will log in as admin, manager, or employee. Only admins should see the high-level dashboard with key counts (active staff, open jobs, applicants in each stage, recent hires). Managers get limited editing rights; employees can view their own profile only.
Tech & workflow
The stack is Laravel 10 + Blade (or Vue/Inertia if you already have a boilerplate), MySQL, and standard auth/permission packages such as spatie/laravel-permission. Code must be clean, PSR-12 compliant, and pushed to a private Git repo with clear commit messages. I’ll handle UI polish later, so bootstrap styling is fine for now—focus on solid backend architecture and working forms.
Deliverables
1. Fresh Laravel project with environment files, migrations, seeders, and basic unit tests
2. Implemented modules above, wired to role permissions
3. Admin dashboard with at least four live metrics tiles
4. Brief setup doc so I can spin it up locally
