Laravel Developer for Newsletter System Optimization

I need an experienced Laravel developer to help me fix a sending issue in my custom newsletter system.

The system works fine for small mailing lists, but when I try to send to about 40,000 subscribers, the process fails and shows this message:

“Error sending campaign. Please try again.”

I’m using Amazon SES for email delivery. The issue is likely related to how emails are being queued or processed when handling large volumes.

I need someone who can:
• Review and optimize the sending logic (backend + queues)
• Implement proper chunking or batching for large lists
• Ensure stable queue handling (via Laravel queues + Supervisor)
• Improve error handling and logging for better debugging
• Make sure sending large campaigns via SES works smoothly

Tech Stack:
• Laravel
• MySQL
• Amazon SES (email service)
• Nginx / Ubuntu (AWS EC2 micro instance)
• Supervisor for queue processing
