Laravel Backend Developer for Admin Panel and , app pending api

I'm seeking an experienced Laravel backend developer to manage and enhance our existing project, which consists of three applications: one for laundry users, one for laundry service providers (vendors), and one for delivery personnel, similar to platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. The user interfaces and backend APIs are already completed; however, we need to develop an admin panel and finalize the remaining APIs and cart management functionalities.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a comprehensive admin panel with the following features:
- User management: User creation and deletion, role assignment, activity tracking
- Delivery, vendor, and user management
- Order management
- Analytics dashboard
- Maintenance of UI, payment history, and order history
