Laravel App Enhancement: UI & Backend

Our production Laravel application is ready for its next round of improvements. I need an expert with 8+ years of solid PHP-Laravel experience to modernise the user interface and tighten up several pieces of backend logic.

User interface & design
I already have a clear picture of the new look and flow, but no formal mock-ups yet. You’ll sit with me (via screenshare and chat) to translate that vision into Blade templates, responsive layouts, and clean CSS. A light component framework such as Tailwind or Bootstrap is welcome if it speeds things up without bloating the bundle.

Backend functionality
Parts of the codebase require refactoring and feature extensions. Expect to work on controller logic, service classes, and a few new API endpoints while keeping current tests green. Code must follow Laravel best practices, PSR-12 style, and include meaningful docblocks.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Redesigned UI implemented across all key views, matching the agreed flow and style
• Refactored backend modules with the new features fully integrated and unit-tested
• Zero breaking changes in existing routes and database schema
• A concise technical changelog and setup notes pushed to the repo’s README
