My name is Archie and I am co-founder of software development agency Moway https://moway.agency based in Ukraine, and we are looking for Back Web developers for long-term partnership with potential Full-time employment and career growth. We are focusing on big scalable projects and long-term partnership with our clients, and with entrepreneurial knowledge and deep immersion into their business we create the best problem solving solutions, that's why they choose us!
Developers all around the world are welcome. Please, be ready to pass an interview and test task, its mandatory. Of course we will prefer developers from Ukraine/Russia/Belarus, but its not big deal.
As we are expending and building strong business we will be happy to talk to any amount of developers because each month we have new big projects.
Note, we also consider developers with little experience, as we are always helping freelancers to grow and we will teach you some things you dont know yet.
