Ongoing IT & Tech Automation Support (Hourly – Remote)
Description:
We are looking for a reliable IT & backend technical generalist to support our digital business on an ongoing hourly basis. This role will expand into a long-term monthly position for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for:
Setting up & editing landing pages (ClickFunnels, WordPress, Hostinger)
Connecting integrations (CRMs, email tools, payment gateways, Twilio, Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
Handling basic automations (webhooks, API connections, funnel workflows)
Troubleshooting IT issues (domain, DNS, SSL, VoIP, etc.)
Assisting with video uploads, Google Drive organization, and backend workflows
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in backend IT / web integrations
Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Zapier, Make.com, Twilio, WordPress, and Hostinger
Strong understanding of funnels and marketing automation workflows
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Available for hourly tasks for the week
Strong communication skills in English
Compensation:
₹200–400/hour (depending on experience)
